We are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers and believe part of providing outstanding customer service is by respecting the rights of its customers. As part of this commitment we will not sell, rent, trade or share any information you share with us. We will provide our customers with notice of their ability to opt out of the mailing list if desired. We will not contact you by telephone unless it is necessary to process your order.

Sales Tax:
Hugs & Kisses Children’s Boutique is located in Greenville, Ohio. Sales tax will be charged on your order if it is shipped to an Ohio address.
Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping is free on orders of $60 or more.
Shipping charges are:

$60 and up - FREE
Delivery times vary but we do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. We take great care with each order no matter the size.
All orders are shipped Priority Mail with USPS. Average shipping time is 2-3 days. UPS Ground, UPS Second Day and UPS Overnight are also available for an extra charge.
Gift Wrap:
Gift wrap is available for an additional charge. We will remove all prices before gift wrapping your item.
Returns and Exchanges:
We hope you will be happy with your purchases but, if for some reason you are not, we are happy to exchange or accept your returned item subject to the following conditions. Please read carefully:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt in new and unused condition with all tags attached. All sales are considered final if the garment has been used (even if “worn only once” or “only for a photo”). Please do not return used items.
- Sale or clearance merchandise is considered “FINAL SALE.” No returns on these items.
- Sales of “Christmas-theme” items are considered final after December 24th. Please contact us if you have a question whether something is considered “Christmas theme”.
- Special occasion garments feature a tag on the front marked “this item may not be returned if this tag is removed.” Please do not remove this tag if you intend to return or exchange the item. All sales of Special Occasion items are final after 10 days. Please contact us if you have a question whether something is considered “Special Occasion”.
- Refunds can only be given if the item is returned within 10 days AND all original tags are attached, the item is in unworn and new condition and all original packaging is included. Please ensure that the package you choose to return the item in is the proper form of packaging to protect the item from harm while shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.
- Refunds can only be given on the credit card used to make the purchase.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
